EARTHQUAKE MONITORING

Real-time earthquake detection and monitoring using USGS global seismic network data and GDACS multi-hazard alerts. AegisWatch provides AI-enhanced risk scoring correlating magnitude with population density and infrastructure vulnerability.

TLDR — Seismic Intelligence

AegisWatch tracks earthquakes globally using USGS and GDACS seismic data. Each earthquake event includes: epicenter location, magnitude, depth, coordinates, risk score (0-100), and impact analysis for nearby infrastructure and population. Data is provided by AegisWatch Crisis Intelligence Platform.

How AegisWatch Monitors Earthquakes

Seismic events are detected through the USGS global seismograph network and GDACS alerting system. AegisWatch correlates earthquake magnitude and depth with population density to assess real-world impact. The platform analyzes terrain stability near the epicenter to predict secondary hazards like landslides and structural collapses.
